北市糕餅公會 鼓勵業者公開食材來源

食安問題連環爆，台北市糕餅商業同業公會上午響應加入北市食材登錄平台，同時遵守熱量與糖份標示，其中有20家烘焙業者，製作「圓仔」、「熊大」及「黃色小鴨」等療癒性動物造型餅乾做為聖誕禮物，將分送給4000名弱勢家庭學童。

台北市長郝龍斌上午出席健康烘焙衛生優良自主管理OK標章認證活動，肯定北市糕餅公會自律，比照北市食材登錄平台，讓食材來源公開透明。

郝龍斌說，北市糕餅公會也配合市府肥胖防治政策，除了在烘焙食品標示熱量，今年度還特別推出「糖份」標示，這也是他在當立委時，推動高含糖禁入校園的目的，因為很多學童肥胖，都是因為食品中含糖太多。
