智利卡車、火車相撞 2死8傷

法新社報導，智利一輛載客列車4日上午8時32分（台灣時間晚間7點32分），在聖地牙哥南部與一輛大卡車擦撞，正副火車駕駛傷重不治，另有8名乘客受傷，包括重傷的大卡車駕駛。

鐵路員說，意外發生時，大卡車正好在鐵軌中間，列車與大卡車相撞後，大卡車被拖行200多公尺。警方初步調查意外原因為，大卡車的拖板在事發當時未完全通過鐵軌。
