提高用藥安全　醫院開發用藥管理系統

【邱俊吉／台北報導】中央健保署今舉辦運用雲端科技提升用藥品質發表會，多家醫院發表自行研發的用藥管理軟體，由於國內許多人有服用中藥的習慣，若併用西藥，可能產生意外的交互作用，彰濱秀傳醫院針對中藥與西藥間、中藥與中藥間及藥品與食物間的服用禁忌，開發出一套系統，供醫師在開立處方時作為參考，也有效提高用藥安全。

此外，成大醫院也將在會中發表過敏藥物檢核機制，可對病人可能產生過敏的藥物提供警示。高雄榮總醫院則開發出協助醫師開立抗生素劑量調整的系統。台北馬偕也研發出院內病人各類抗生素用量管控機制，對降低抗生素使用量有明顯效益。
