夏立言初亮相 陪立委視察作戰中心

新上任的國防部軍政副部長夏立言，今天陪同立院國防委員會成員，視察空軍作戰指揮部等營區。這是夏立言就任半個多月以來，首度在與部外人士交流的場合露面。

立委們要求國防部持續強化招募工作推展，如質如期完成「博愛分案」工程；同時鑑於近期中共劃設防空識別區，引發區域安全議題，也期望國軍密切掌握相關動態，確維國防安全。

夏立言則代表部長嚴明表示，國軍各部隊均持續掌握我防空識別區內海、空動態。至於招募問題，國軍正積極推動包括「志願士兵起薪調整」、增設「戰鬥部隊加給」與調增「地域加給」等，均已報行政院審議，希望能提升國軍在人力市場競才的條件。
