問一下...一併與紅米訂購的配件組問題

各位好
小弟有幸昨天買到第二批的紅米，然後他有提示我可以以優惠價格買配件組，小弟也不知道裡面有啥就買了..在買的過程中有出現線控耳機的畫面，想說有這種耳機也不錯(因為我討厭耳道式耳機)，可是最後買完後發現該配件組是沒有耳機的....主要是電池跟座充

想請問，的確是預購配件組的確是沒有耳機嗎?另外，如果我想要單獨退這一個配件組有辦法退嗎?...因為我不需要座充(該手機單純測試用)
