首提訊日月光廠務處長　查決策層級

【郭芷余／高雄報導】高雄地檢署查日月光毒水案，近日分析搜索資料發現，日月光部分關鍵期日的電子郵件及簡訊遭刪除，檢方還原後，發現證據顯示與被收押的廠務處長蘇炳碩說詞有出入，今早提訊蘇，提示相關物證讓他說明。

據悉，對於K7廠10月1日將毒水排入後勁溪，蘇炳碩仍堅稱是系統異常應變不及所致，是過失並非故意將毒水排入後勁溪。而10月5日從海放管偷排污水則是經過合法申請。

不過檢方從查扣的污水處理監測數值中，發現日月光廢水處理系統異常次數頻繁，妥善率很低，也就是說日月光經常發生污水槽溢流，但日月光有一套應變流程，並需層層上報決策後，才能排入後勁溪，而證據顯示通報層級至少到達蘇炳碩，有部分甚至上達副總經理林顯堂，至於是否還有更高層級涉及決策排放毒水，檢方正積極從搜查資料中確認。
