金溥聰若接副閣揆　綠委：行政院誰說了算？

【林修卉╱台北報導】外傳農曆年前內閣即將改組，駐美代表金溥聰將回國接任「行政院副院長」。民進黨團書記長吳秉叡今表示，「如果真的金小刀（指金溥聰）要接副閣揆，以後行政院到底誰說了算？」坐那個位子是有權無責，對民主政治是很大的反諷。

吳秉叡強調，民主政治是責任政治，要責任相符，若決策是金小刀做決策，責任院長扛，這樣對台灣並不公道。
