茂利案 南檢追查化製澱粉流向

（中央社記者張榮祥台南19日電）台南地檢署持續偵辦茂利化製澱粉案。南檢發言人蔡麗宜今天表示，將再追查茂利的中下游廠商及化製澱粉流向。

台南善化茂利澱粉廠二度被查獲販賣化製澱粉，負責人徐東銘遭收押，中盤商「南和行」負責人王水木以新台幣10萬元交保。

台南市政府衛生局長林聖哲昨天宣布，將對茂利開出1800萬元的罰單，且不排除進行假扣押及勒令停業。

蔡麗宜說，茂利案不會那麼快了結，檢方必須再追查茂利的中下游廠商及化製澱粉流向。茂利及南和行是合法澱粉及化製澱粉通通都賣，購買商家究竟是買到合法的或是非法的，還要再查。

蔡麗宜表示，目前查知茂利化製澱粉中盤商僅南和行一家，檢方也掌握南和行的客戶名冊，但檢方不能隨便讓名冊曝光，以免無辜商家商譽受損。1021219
