最近公司要準備放無薪假到明年初 不想等通知上班 面試也錄取了兩分工作 想請教版友的意見 A B 車燈殼 品管 金屬零件(光電)、螺絲 品管 上班時間 8-17:30 8-17(須加班一小時到18) (隔週休) (當月期中一周六要上班 其餘周休) 加班費 很少加班 依照勞基法計算 車程(機車) 15分鐘 10分鐘 月薪 24K(試用期過不一定會加) 22K(三個月後會再加) A公司 員工約50人 台灣人大約10位 其餘皆外勞 比較特別的是 這裡沒品管 所以沒人帶 一切要靠自己摸索 包含ISO B公司 員工約40人 外勞少數 有人帶上手 品管共9人 目前沒三選項了 如果只有A&B兩樣 想請問怎麼取捨的好 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.255.249.42
