影像強化確認比中指，婦人被起訴

林姓婦人今年6月前往新北市新店區某超商買東西時，看見丈夫的弟弟和弟媳坐在靠落地窗的座位討論事情，想起丈夫和對方為了爭遺產繼承權爭執不休，買完東西後竟走到超商外的騎樓，對著裡面的兩人比中指後離去。

檢方調閱超商監視錄影畫面，原本看不清林婦是否比中指，處分不起訴，但高檢署認為應該將影像送解析確認，發回台北地檢署續查。

北檢將監視錄影畫面送刑事局鑑定，影像經過強化後，確認林婦比出中指，依公然侮辱罪嫌起訴林婦。
