Hello, 因本人服務的公司出差大陸沒有出差費(公司有提供住宿,中餐), 一次又須待3.4個禮拜. 我想要去跟公司爭取出差費, 但怕公司用一些奇怪的理由來搪塞. 1. 如果公司說, 我們已經付你台灣的薪水, 所以你不能領兩份的薪水? 2. 如果公司說, 出差費用屬於福利, 我們沒有這個福利? 所以我想了解出差費用的原理到底是甚麼, 希望能有最有力的論點來談. 想請問各位有經驗的人, 該怎麼去談這塊呢? 謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 180.173.32.29
