【李銘宏／台北報導】今天深夜11時許，新北消防局接獲報案，報案人表示自己砍人了，在永和民樂路上，對方頸部遭他持刀砍傷，目前還有呼吸，警消趕緊通報息區警方應派遣救護車前往現場中。
