退訂羊奶遭罵「臭婊子」　業者判賠1萬元

【胡治言／綜合報導】蔡姓女子不滿退訂羊奶時，遭許姓羊奶商傳簡訊罵「臭婊子」，怒告侮辱及恐嚇。

今日出刊的《聯合報》報導，蔡姓女子不滿許姓羊奶商送羊奶態度不佳退訂，卻在退訂後接到「臭婊子，你別得意有點臭錢就了不起了嗎...我們等著看妳家道中落淪落街頭」的簡訊，氣得告許侮辱及恐嚇，求償10萬元，許雖辯稱誤傳但新北地院法官未採信，判賠1萬元。
