官網圖片遭批侵權　金門縣府道歉撤圖

【王中聖╱金門報導】金門縣府官網首頁的一張國家公園烈嶼景區照片未獲拍攝者同意就使用，今上午洪姓退休教師在臉書質疑縣府未告知未獲授權就逕行使用「根本不尊重著作權」，不少網友得知後也諷刺「政府不是整天在宣導智財權和著作權」？金門縣府行政處表示，圖片是烈嶼鄉公所提供，得知爭議後已緊急撤照並將向當事人道歉。

圖片遭縣府侵權使用的洪姓退休教師是小金門當地知名的業餘攝影師，經常在島上拍攝人文、生態、戰地設施等圖片，許多旅台多年的網友常讚看了洪老師的照片才知道烈嶼這麼漂亮，但也感慨在開發破壞下，許多美景、遺址逐漸消失。對於縣府稱是烈嶼鄉公所提供不知道未獲使用者同意，一名陳姓攝影家就說，公部門出錯就推給別人，反正你的就是我的，縣府自以為是老大想用就用的心態真的要調整了！
