空軍：F-16升級案如期執行

外傳美國因受預算影響，恐會停止對台的F-16 A/B型戰機升級案。對此空軍參謀長丁忠武上午在立法院表示，經過向美方查證，美國在對台的F-16 A/B型升級案和採購雷達系統的預算都已編列，絕對不會有問題；F16 A/B型戰機升案都照既定期程在做，沒有延後。
