「恁爸要把你捏死」　遭取締持刀恐嚇稽查員

林泊志／宜蘭報導】宜蘭縣三星鄉德豐牧場因長期散發惡臭，引發地方居民多次檢舉、陳情抗議，宜蘭縣環保局去年9月初獲報後，宜蘭縣政府環保局長陳登欽率相關人員前往取締，不料業者廖家偉竟持西瓜刀走出質問葉姓承辦人員，還以刀拍打稽查記錄，更誇張的是，廖還持刀衝向一同前去稽查的空噪科長曾伯昌前，出拳搥打曾的左胸口，造成挫傷，一度出言威脅：「恁爸要把你捏死（台語）」等語。

案經環保局人員報警，提起妨害公務告訴，宜蘭地方法院審理後認為，廖因對宜蘭縣環保局稽查人員稽查過程不滿，竟持西瓜刀對稽查人員行使強暴脅迫行為，犯罪後猶飾詞卸責、毫無悔意，處有期徒刑5個月，得易科罰金，以示懲儆。
