前大里市長貪污　更一審改判無罪

【許淑惠／台中報導】前台中縣大里市長林仲毅於任內辦理27項工程建設，被控洩漏工程底價及相關評選委員名單給廠商，並透過連襟何宏藩擔任「白手套」向廠商收取回扣達749萬多元，林仲毅依違背職務收取賄賂罪等，一審被判18年刑期、二審改判16年，台中高分院更一審改判林仲毅無罪。

更一審法官以無法證明白手套何宏藩收賄後，有將賄款轉交給林仲毅，不排除何利用林的名號在外收錢，狐假虎威，欺上瞞下，並認為何可能為求取輕判才會在事後轉為汙點證人，因此改判林無罪。

林仲毅另因賄選案被判刑4年確定，去年已入監服刑。何宏藩因轉污點證人，一審判刑2年、緩刑5年，已定讞。
