如何解決在 Windows 8.1 無法開啟 Modern IE 11 瀏覽器

當初我是在第一時間升級 Windows 8.1，但是順利完成之後一直都沒有機會開過 IE 動態磚，直到今天早上為了有效解決 Intel 系統識別公用程式無法正常判斷的問題，方才打算測試 Modern IE 11 是否也會碰到相同狀況，結果意外發現它老是都會自動跳回桌面執行傳統模式。

如何解決在 Windows 8 無法開啟 Modern IE 10 瀏覽器（一點通系列 - MVP 撰寫）

我馬上透過谷歌試圖搜尋解決辦法，不過我找到的參考資料全部都是來自上述連結內容，可惜這個方法似乎已經無法有效達成目的。無論我的作業環境只有留下 IE 瀏覽器，或是安裝兩種瀏覽器之後再將 IE 瀏覽器設為預設都沒有成功。不曉得目前同樣使用 Windows 8.1 (8.0升級8.1，非直接安裝8.1) 的您們，是否一樣曾經碰到類似狀況又克服難題呢？還是大家完全都沒有遇過我這種情形呢？期待各路高手能夠幫忙在下指點一下迷津啊！
