腹語登記結婚　戶政員趴肚見證

【方翊倩／綜合報導】小凱車禍頸部以下癱瘓，全身插管，但他苦練腹語，終於在加護病房用盡丹田力氣，說出結婚證辭。

今日出版的《自由時報》報導，30歲的小凱去年發生車禍癱瘓在床，22歲女友雯雯一路細心照料，走過鬼門關的他鼓起勇氣求婚。小凱苦練腹語，終於說出結婚證辭，戶政員趴在他肚子上聽到誓約，正式完成結婚登記。戶政所把這則故事拍成微電影《愛的練習曲》，明天在台中市政府公開播出。
