士兵眷補證久未發放 國防部：加強督考

本報昨日報導，有志願役女兵反應，她下部隊長達8個月後才領到眷補證，應發給個人的薪資餉條也不是每個月都有領到。

對此，國防部發言人羅紹和表示，依據相關作業規定，志願役士兵薪餉冊收執聯每月應由業務承辦人轉交當事人收執，另眷補證也應由所屬單位申辦後交由當事人保管運用；若當事人未領到薪餉冊收執聯或已申請眷補證而未領到證件，當事人應即向所屬單位反映，國防部將加強督考與宣導，要求各單位落實作業紀律，以維士官兵權益。
