I didn't eat breakfast → I ate breakfast
(Now) I have eaten breakfast.

我知道這是現在完成式
請問 第一行是  我還沒吃早餐( I didn't eat breakfast )   

 再來 → 我吃過早餐 ( I ate breakfast )

第二行 現在式  我已經吃過早餐(  I have eaten breakfast )
請問以上可以這樣說嗎?
在文法上 應該要怎麼解釋會比較清楚
