音樂燒錄小問題 10點~

我想把音樂燒到CD-R光碟上面
突然想到一個問題

音樂檔要哪種燒完音質會最好...?(mp4 mp3......?
因為看到網路上有人說燒cd光碟音質要好跟檔名也有關(不過他沒有詳細說明)

不把光碟品質 燒錄機品質和其他原因考慮進去
只單單考慮音樂檔名，要哪種檔名燒出來的品質最棒

P.S我是電惱白痴...
請高手解答...
