民眾自行料理河豚　2起神經中毒！送醫後已無大礙

食品藥物管理署主動公布，近期有2起民眾因自己料理河豚，導致神經中毒，所幸送醫後已無大礙。

據報導，這2起民眾分別來自高雄、花蓮，一人是撿到河豚，帶回家自行烹煮食用，另一人則是捕撈漁獲捕到河豚，帶回家與家人一同食用，造成全家集體神經中毒。

河豚毒素屬於神經毒素，不會隨高溫烹煮而失去毒性，若調理不當，容易導致毒素沾染，常見中毒現象有：唇舌發麻、手麻、腳麻、頭痛、眩暈、嘔吐，嚴重的話會出現呼吸麻痺、低血壓、心跳減慢等現象。
