監委南下後勁溪 了解日月光案

日月光K7廠去年十月因排放汙水至後勁溪，十二月遭環保局勒令停工，監察委員錢林慧君、趙榮耀十三日南下高雄市環保局了解日月光案處理過程，聽取環保局簡報稽查、裁罰、停工經過後，下午轉往後勁溪探勘汙染情況。

環保局主祕張瑞琿表示，日月光提出復工申請後，因法令並未規定復工審查的期限，目前尚未組成審查委員會，委員名單也還沒確定。
