請假就被開除可以要求遣散費嗎?

如題..我在彩卷行上班.因為人不舒服有於上班前約一小時打電話跟我老闆請假.結果他就不高興說沒人可以上.要我做到昨天就好.我有跟他說要求遣散費.他說我那樣叫恐嚇他可以告我.他還說如果不高興可以去勞工局告他.因為我這各工作是沒有勞健保的.那我還可以到勞工局告他嗎?如果我要投訴他該怎麼投訴.
PS我去做了大概5個月吧這是第一次請假.
