台塑三買賣台塑化　獲利77.98億元

【黃馨儀／台北報導】台塑三寶今日同步公告，正式完成台塑化（6505）釋股案，合計三寶共賣出14萬5955張、約1.54%的台塑化持股，交易總金額高達112.4億元，處分利益77.98億元，處分後，三寶仍為台塑化的前3大股東，合計持有76.51%持股。
 
據了解，為強化財務體質，並籌資投入台塑越南鋼廠，台塑集團早在2012年底，就有意處分台塑化持股，原定處分58萬張，但因去年上半年全球經濟疲弱，連帶拖累台股表現不佳，台塑集團惜售心態濃厚，導致處分進度一度暫停。
 
隨股市與經濟好轉，台塑集團因此於去年底公告，將重新啟動釋股案，但考量需維持台塑化股價的穩定度，釋股比則大降至2%以下，處分張數也降至15萬張左右。
 
而本次交易案中，同集團的財團法人長庚紀念醫院取得5.16萬張、約0.54%持股後，手中的台塑化持股比，也由4.9%增至5.44%，其餘持股則由台塑集團相關企業與外資法人機構等取得。
