葉玫抵台後 台中地檢署接手

逃亡英國的軍情局女軍官葉玫今將遣返回台受審；她涉犯陸海空軍刑法遭通緝，但軍事審判法修法後，葉玫案件在本月十三日移交司法機關偵審，她逃亡前在台中服役，因此移交台中地檢署偵辦。據了解，檢方受理後，不排除做出強制處分。

葉玫不適應軍旅生活，前年六月棄職潛逃到英國，國防部北部地方軍事法院檢察署同年對她發布通緝，指控她涉犯陸海空軍刑法之意圖長期脫免職役罪，最高可處以五年徒刑。

葉玫去年十二月因護照遭註銷被英國移民局拘捕，從她通緝到返台，共逃亡五百六十二天；從英國上機、轉機及回台灣途中，全程由我國駐英代表處人員陪同，軍方已協調警方，在葉女抵達桃園機場後上機戴手銬逮人。

據相關人士指出，葉女的母親擔心女兒可能受不了被媒體拍照上銬模樣。
