【上下游新聞】鴨血雞血送做堆？北市衛生局抽驗20件全混血

本新聞由上下游新聞市集提供【上下游記者林慧貞/報導】冬天吃火鍋許多人喜歡點上一盤鴨血，不過台北市衛生局抽驗餐廳20件鴨血，發現全部混雜雞血。

台北市衛生局食管處處長邱秀儀說，雞、鴨屠宰場通常是同一條屠宰線，可能在源頭就混合，業界買賣時也以水血、禽血通稱，應不是惡意添加，只是消費者認知不同，但之後會輔導餐廳標示鴨血成分，包裝產品則一律要寫出原料，若鴨血中含有雞血，卻沒有標示，可罰4~20萬元。（詳讀全文）
