政院：盼食管修法 勿傷台灣形象

立法院下周臨時會審議食品衛生管理法修正草案，衛福部昨將新版修正建議送至立法院，希望兼顧「台灣貿易」。

行政院發言人鄭麗文上午表示，行政院立場一貫沒有改變，堅持行政院版本共11條的修正草案，希望能在立委的支持下儘速通過；對於有立委提出其他的修法內容，如果有助於食品管理，行政院當然會支持，但如果沒幫助或會造成台灣在國際上面臨貿易障礙者，希望委員能審慎研議，切勿倉促立法，「這不只對食安沒有幫助，而且也影響台灣形象」。
