新北城市愛樂交響樂團

新北城市愛樂交響樂團的行政總監蔡昌宏表示，為了培育台灣的專業音樂人才，十年前開始他跟好幾名同樣愛好音樂的老師，共組交響樂團，他們要讓真正愛音樂的台灣孩子們，能擁有發光發熱的舞台。而這群音樂人也把陣陣悠揚的樂聲，在世界每個角落響起。（潘千詩報導）

現年13歲、就讀新北市蘆洲國中的林冠立，從國小一年級開始學習拉中提琴，直到現在已經六年了，他一拉起中提琴，悠揚的樂聲相當專業。

林冠立表示，剛開始學中提琴時，經常拉到手受傷。

林爸爸也說，看到孩子辛苦學習，有時也會覺得不忍心。林冠立 是「新北城市愛樂交響樂團」的其中一名成員，行政總監蔡昌宏表示，因為他感受到台灣音樂教育環境的匱乏，造成培育音樂人才的斷層現象，所以跟好幾名專業的音樂老師，帶領一群愛樂人組成交響樂團。

憑著這股熱誠，他們先後在蘆洲、土城、石牌、內湖地區，成立各個社區樂團，他們要用音樂和國際接軌交流。
