「甜瓜人生2」最新預告片，男主角Carmelo Anthony喊話，願意少拿一點，留在尼克，前提是，尼克得打造奪冠陣容才行。

「我一直都說，要是拿少一點，可以打造堅強陣容，我會第一個跑去老闆James Dolan面前、跟他說，那就給我少一點吧！」甜瓜說。

這位明星球員強調，第一志願仍是續留尼克、在尼克退休，即使他們目前敗比勝多了12場。「我不是那種苗頭不對就落跑的人，那不是我的個性。」

Melo不是不愛錢，但他說，已經賺夠了，即使現在就退休，也不會影響下半輩子的生活。

「去哪裡能賺多少錢，真的不是那麼重要，」甜瓜說，「我跳槽別隊有錢賺，留在紐約也有得拿，所以錢真的不是我考量的因素。」

縱使甜瓜有著偉大的情操，願意少拿一點，促使尼克打造更強陣容，但現實不見得那麼美好。其他隊友的薪水，卡死尼克薪資空間，就算甜瓜下季願意只拿「1塊」友情價，也沒辦法吸引其他大牌一塊來爭冠。
