勞委會升格　前主委陳菊、王如玄卻缺席

勞動部今天上午舉行正式揭牌儀式，由行政院長江宜樺宣讀任命令，由潘世偉擔任首任勞動部長，潘世偉在致詞時說，勞動部將會建構符合國際勞動公約及聯合國人權兩公約的公平勞動體制，並注意台灣經濟實際環境，與時俱進向上提升國民所得與就業機會，讓勞工獲得合理基本勞動保障。 現場歷任勞委會主委多到場，但陳菊、王如玄缺席。

今天除了馬英九總統到場參與觀禮儀式，歷任勞委會主任委員趙守博、謝深山、詹火生、李應元等人也都到場，但包括高雄市長陳菊、律師王如玄等前主委都缺席。

潘世偉致詞宣示，為確保勞動者福祉與企業永續發展，勞動部將積極推動9項政策優先領域：推動勞資協商對話、推動工作與生活平衡、推動人性尊嚴的勞動教育、健全退休及保險制度、禁止就業歧視落實性別平等、打造安全衛生工作環境、強化勞動力開發與運用、健全就業安全體系、實質參與國際組織。 （洪敏隆／台北報導）
