饒舌歌太吵導致白人殺黑人　被判企圖謀殺

在美國備受矚目的一樁白人男子槍殺手無寸鐵黑人少年案，佛羅里達州陪審團剛才做出判決。47歲白人唐恩（Michael Dunn）開槍導致17歲黑人少年戴維斯（Jordan Davis）喪生，被判企圖謀殺（attempted murder）罪名成立，但最重要的一級謀殺罪，因陪審團僵持不下，最後以審判無效作結。
 
此案發生在2012年11月，擔任軟體工程師的唐恩在佛州傑克森維爾一座加油站停車場中，不滿一輛休旅車中的4名黑人青少年大聲播放饒舌音樂，引發雙方爭吵。唐恩在法庭上宣稱是自衛，表示他在戴維斯欲下車時，以為看到車上有槍，驚慌之下開了10槍。但檢方表示，戴維斯雖口出惡言，但根本沒有武器。
 
唐恩雖僅被判3項企圖謀殺罪名成立，仍須面臨至少60年的刑期。（李寧怡／綜合外電報導）
