windows7 登入畫面全黑但有鼠標

我有一台電腦，一顆硬碟上安裝了兩個系統，windows7 enterprise和windows xp，都是正版。
最近欲進入windows7時，跑完windows logo後應該要顯示帳號密碼登入畫面，但該畫面卻是全黑的，只剩鼠標顯示，鼠標可以滑動。這樣無法操作也無法登入系統，我改用安全模式也是一樣的情形。

若選擇windows xp系統，則一切正常。我試過拔硬碟下來檢測，沒有壞軌或任何異狀。將外接顯卡拔下改用主機板內建的，沒有任何不同，一樣是黑畫面。
想請問這樣比較可能是什麼原因造成呢?謝謝
