洪案輕判　洪姊：桃檢不積極、太保守

洪仲丘案涉案18人統統輕判，洪家人歷經整夜整理心情，洪姊洪慈庸擦掉淚水，今早接受媒體採訪時，強調心情恢復平靜，她直言，該案從軍檢移到桃園地檢署偵辦，承辦檢察官仍依照軍檢引用的法條，偵辦不積極，太保守。洪慈庸強調，原服役陸軍542旅的涉案成員，迄今仍犯錯不認錯，「我們也不認為他們是非蓄意的，認為至少是傷害或殺害仲丘」，將提起上訴。
 
洪慈庸說，下周將替洪仲丘掃墓，屆時會告訴洪仲丘一審宣判結果，這樣的結果他們無法接受，相信仲丘也無法接受。原本已打算一審後將回到職場工作的洪慈庸，對於一審的宣判結果感到失望，她說，將與律師團討論後，再決定自己工作的事情。（蕭夙眉、陳為坐／台中報導）
