標題[問題] 請問公司的要求有違反法規嗎?

公司規定男生每個月下班後， 要拿手機當公司客服接用戶電話， 平日下午五點半值班到隔天早上八點 假日早上八點到隔天早上八點 平日給2小時補休，假日給4小時。 請問這樣有違反勞基法或是相關勞動法律嗎？ 因為我認為值班多少就應該要補休多少 而不是用凹的平日兩小，假日四小 謝謝各位的回應 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.81.118.168
