想升級舊電腦 (或重新組裝) 徵求電腦高手幫忙

我的電腦都是看影片用的 沒做文書 也不用繪圖 我也不玩遊戲
但是 因為要上課 必須要有很大的容量存放教學影片
現在看影片(影視吧之類的) 總是"類格".........等很久
朋友建議 主機板 CPU(4核) 記憶體 都要換 硬碟(要加大到1t) power 也要加大
說顯示卡也壞了 我想用舊有的殼可以用 就留著用 裡面的 該淘汰就淘汰吧

朋友可以幫我組起來 但是裡面的內容 (品牌 型號等) 請專家幫我搭配

預算想在15000以內 高手們 請幫幫我這電腦白痴吧!!! orz
