（中央社莫斯科17日綜合外電報導）俄羅斯總統蒲亭今天簽署命令，承認克里米亞半島是主權獨立國家。克島經上週末公投後，現已宣告獨立，並申請加入俄羅斯聯邦。

蒲亭簽署的命令張貼在克里姆林宮網站上，似乎是將克島納入俄羅斯聯邦的第一步。

立即生效的這道命令中說，俄方是依據「克里米亞人民的意願」，承認克島獨立。

蒲亭明天將在俄國國會特別聯席會議上談論這個問題。(中央社)
