國道3號南投交流道 竣工啟用

國道3號新建南投交流道，耗費6.2億元、歷經2年半籌建，25日開放通車，南投市民可節省10到15分鐘車程，南北往來民眾不論旅遊、洽公、就學、就醫都更便利，更還可帶動南崗工業區周邊產業發展。

南投交流道上午啟用，交通部長葉匡時、代理縣長陳志清、立法委員林明溱、馬文君、南投市長許淑華、縣議員宋懷琳、蔡明源、莊文斌、陳翰立等人都到場，見證南投交通便捷里程碑。

陳志清表示，南投市區民眾，本來要使用國道3號，須取道中興交流道，路程10分鐘以上；縣府爭取增設南投交流道，時間長達5年才成功，目前縣府已著手，推動周邊生活圈道路的拓寬與興建。葉匡時說，南投交流道將促進南投市產業、風景區發展，效益與便利性可見。

南投交流道鄰近2公里範圍內，是南投縣重要的行政中心及生活機能重鎮，而縣府目前正進行交流道鄰近道路拓寬工程，將連結南陽路、華陽路、祖師大橋等道路，形成便捷路網。
