一名國道6隊警務佐因自身債務，涉嫌向砂石車司機索賄，還將勤務時間洩漏，讓超載的司機鑽漏洞，桃園地檢署檢方8日前往警員住所及國道辦公室搜索，並向桃園地院聲押。

根據《中央社》報導，這名警員因積欠龐大債務，利用查違法砂石車的職務，藉口扣留砂石車司機的證件，再要對方以1萬5000元贖回。

甚至以Line傳送「水幫魚、魚幫水」的訊息，暗示司機以買保險的方式，每個月支付2萬至3萬元，並將國道警察執行勤務的時間洩漏給司機，犯案時間至少長達2年，10多名司機受害。

國道6隊後來發現，將這名員警調職，並請桃園檢方介入調查，檢方8日前往警員住所及國道辦公室搜索，將他拘提到案，再傳喚10多名受害司機約談，9日凌晨依涉嫌重罪及串證之虞，向桃園地院聲押。
