李鴻源：國家被民主制度綁架了

內政部前部長李鴻源今天上午獲邀到國立海洋大學演講，面對太陽花學運、「路過」中正一分局、廢核遊行癱瘓交通等各種社會運動，他認為，「國家被民主制度綁架了」，街頭運動引起大眾對事件的注意立意良善，但最後仍要回歸專業，解決問題。

他說，這些問題起因於政府和人民之間缺乏溝通，一直處在各說各話的階段，因此應建立「夥伴關係」，邀集政府各部會及公民團體共同商討解決問題的對策。
