反核占路影響交通 300多通電話譴責

反核團體與公投盟今晚占據台北市忠孝東、林森南路口，企圖癱瘓交通，也引來民眾不滿，北市1999晚間就湧進161通電話，要求北市府應採取有效作為，當台北市長郝龍斌晚間召開記者會，譴責反核民眾占據行為是「綁架式民主」後，1999又湧入157通電話同聲譴責。
