校規模糊 老師永遠挨罵

拜讀七日「別管霸凌，讓家長互告吧？」一文，有關校規制訂部分，筆者有不同看法。

筆者擔任生教組長，每次新學期開學時，都為了頭髮的問題和學生及家長發生爭執。學生和家長常會問：「教育部不是規定沒有髮禁嗎？」筆者答：「雖然教育部規定學校不得有髮禁，但是允許學校可以召集教師、學生、家長、社會公正人士，依照既定程序制定出符合學校適用的生活公約」。

同樣的情形一而再、再而三發生，學務處人員都必須承擔學生和家長辱罵及投訴，很不是滋味，因為這職務吃力不討好，也因此生教組長幾乎年年都在換。

筆者建議，教育部應制定統一的規定或辦法，供學校遵循，不要有「但書」或權宜之計，像規定不能有髮禁，就直接律定清楚，不要一個規定，多種制度，到最後受傷害的永遠是第一線執行者。
