42天甩12公斤！奶油小生變裸肌筋肉人

22歲的中國新生代男星蔣勁夫2年前演出《軒轅劍之天之痕》嶄露頭角，今年又在夯劇《步步驚情》中演出深情富公子，默默守護劉詩詩的模樣令許多女粉絲著迷，外型帥氣的他，身材也很有看頭，前天他在微博上po出裸著上身、大秀腹肌的照片，精壯身材十分吸睛。
 
身高182公分的他透露，從上月12日開始便一邊工作一邊減肥，原本體重87公斤，在短短42天內瘦了12公斤，現在體重75公斤，他開心大喊：「我真的做到了！」除了甩肉之外，他也積極健身練出一身肌肉，從陽光男孩蛻變成筋肉人，還在泳池旁穿著泳褲上空秀出塊塊分明的腹肌，結實程度讓粉絲超驚訝，直呼：「這肉怎麼練出來的」、「天使的面孔，魔鬼的身材，讚啊」。（羅雨函／綜合報導）
