驚世媳婦聲請釋憲 被駁回

為詐領保險金殺害丈夫、母親、婆婆的「驚世媳婦」林于如，去年6月被判死刑確定，林于如聲請釋憲，指判死的標準及心證理由，流於恣意模糊，希望能阻止死刑執行；不過，司法院大法官認為林未能說明法律規定有何牴觸憲法的地方，已駁回林女的聲請。
