超時工作領22K？法國餐廳否認

民視 – 

台北市知名餐廳「塞子小酒館」，負責人在網路貼文徵才，卻開出工時最長20小時，薪水卻只有22k的嚴苛條件，甚至因此遭到勞工局開罰兩萬元。但業者喊冤，表示沒有要求員工超時工作，自認店裡福利其實不錯。

穿著整齊的制服，在吧台準備餐點，法式餐廳「塞子小酒館」，在台北市頗具知名度，不過卻有民眾爆料，負責人在網路徵才，開出條件，工時長達12小時到20小時，月薪只有22K。

餐廳負責人在部落格貼文徵才，仔細一看內容超嚴苛，不只工時長，還要求員工必須具備外語能力，就連髮型都有嚴格規定，男性員工全都得理平頭，就算符合這些條件，如果沒有法餐相關經驗，月薪一律只有22K。

老闆出面喊冤，強調沒有要求員工超時工作，也解釋髮型不是強制規定，店裡就有員工並非平頭，不過店家無法提供員工出勤證明，因此還是遭到勞工局開罰兩萬元。對此負責人回應，目前已經購買打卡鐘，以後會更加注意。但這樣嚴苛的徵才條件，看在一般民眾眼中，恐怕還是很難接受。
