害騎士「犁田」受傷　行人被起訴

基隆市1名21歲洪姓騎士，去年底騎車經過復興路時，撞上1名突然從路旁車縫中衝出的71歲林姓婦人，林婦因此摔倒在地，身體多處擦、挫傷，洪男也因此摔車，手腳多處挫傷，由於2人都自認沒錯，互控傷害。
 
婦人向檢察官說，當時要到對面車道倒垃圾，才跨過路邊白線就被洪男撞倒在地，而洪男辯稱，婦人突然從車縫中衝出來，他雖立即煞車，還是撞到婦人，他摔倒爬起來後，才看到婦人也倒地；檢方認為依規定行人過馬路時，不能跨越雙黃線，全案偵結，洪男不起訴處分，婦人則因違規過馬路，造成騎士摔傷，依過失傷害罪嫌起訴，檢方向法院聲請簡易判決。（蔡進男／基隆報導）
