JR北海道針對去年七月初因為火燒車事故而停駛檢修的183系(特急北斗及特急サロベツ)提出事故原因及改善措施報告，同時也宣布預計自8/1起原本停駛的特急北斗與特急サロベツ將恢復運轉，八月後要到北海道旅行的朋友可以多加留意 ~
