標題[請問] 租屋糾紛困擾請教

我方為房東，對方為房客 主要是租金收取的問題，對方以安全為由拒絕匯款 連續數月發生相同且類似的問題 依約月初向房客收取... 房客說下週再來...到了下週，房客以簡訊方式說要出差三日再延後 (其實大家都知道他沒出差，管理員也都每天看到他進出) 我們也不打算戳破... 三日後，他說下午去找他收，但特地搭車過去後，他將手機關機，閉門不出。 如此循環。直到撞到他為止。 這類惡意刁難方式，有方法遏止嗎? 還是只要他不要超過四個月沒交租?(押金兩月+兩個月) 房東就無法解約呢? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 61.228.254.19 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/ask/M.1402733174.A.878.html
