記得以前曾經去應徵過ㄧ間科技業，面試的時候，面試官有跟我聊到加班這個話題。 他說：『我們公司是所謂的夕陽產業，薪水調整也是因應政府的政策，現在很多人都在抱怨為什麼台灣一定要靠加班錢才會多，為什麼不能像美國那樣，準時下班錢也多，我只能說這裡是台灣，不是美國。』 這不禁讓我感嘆，台灣現在真的就只能這樣了嗎？ 然而這樣的加班文化到底是從什麼時候開始有的，我自己也不是很清楚。 尤其台灣現在派遣盛行，感覺很像在走日本的後塵。 我自己也是派遣工，一個月底薪只有基本薪資而已，我還要靠加班才能領到２２k。 到底這樣子的加班文化好還是不好呢？ -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 101.14.107.125 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1403001699.A.64C.html
